I started with 75mg of Oximetalon per day, and 500mg of QV Test E for the first 2 weeks. Then up to 150mg of the OXI. per day and 750mg of the Test up to week 6. Then Test only for the last 6 weeks, at 1000mg per week.
My starting weight was 184.4 - Now 205.8 (not sure of body fat %, but i know it could be considerably lower. Mabey 10-17% im guessing)
Biceps before - 15 1/4" - now 17 1/4"
Chest before - 46" - now 48"
Calfs before - 17 3/4" - now 19"
Quads before 24" - now 26"
I am definatly a beginer in anabolics, but i feel i have done well. I have been off now for a week and feel great. No sides except for a little acne on my back.
The biggest gains in strength were on the bench press and squat.
From a starting benc press of 220 lbs to 300. And a starting squat of 375 to 460 (full horizontal).
Next it will be time to get sherdded! Any suggestions, i like to use the QV stuff (thats what i can get)?
