  • This cycle work or waste???????????

    Thanks for reading, Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!!!

    After all the research over the years here is what I am about to start.


    Profile: 27 year old male
    190 lbs
    6'0"
    US Marine only mentioned to let you know that I
    understand and appreciate personal
    discipline and motivation.
    No accurate body fat readings to report
    Semi athletic (wakeboarding,hiking )
    Love to party ( with party favors from time to time)
    No roids in 5 years

    Workout Plan: 5-6 days a week all body burn outs ( rotation )


    Goals I wish to acheive: Convert (not lose) 15-20 lbs of body fat into muscle.

    The look and feel I am going after:

    Semi slim
    Extremely shredded
    Not skinny "looking" with close on
    The energy and stamina I had win I
    18-20.

    Plan, please your input?
    .25 cc tren ( Tren Qv 75) every other day 20cc's
    1 cc Winny ( stanazol Qv 100) twice a week.
    Vitamins Daily:
    B-12 50 mcg's
    Vit E 1000 mg
    Vit C 1000iu
    Milk thistle 200mg
    Mega men's Multi Vit

    300-400 grams of protein a day

    Very little carbs none 6 hrs prior to bed.


    Is this necessary? Am I missing anything?

    no party favors with winny. its a 17aa and it will already put enough strain on your liver.
    this looks like a lean gain cycle, however there are no stated lengths of time.
    do not expect to gain 20 pounds of lbm from winstrol, and tren it is great for lean gains but not 20 pounds. if you get 10-12 your doing great
    i think you should add a test, i think every cycle should be test based. In this case i would recommend prop 100mg eod with the tren.

      Remember with tren I lost weight even when I didn't want to. it has quite the fat burning effect. I was still eating like a horse and still lost weight (probably from all the night sweats). and like pudgy said we need to know how long you plan on running this cycle.

        The stash consist if (1) 10ml bottle of equpoise (1) 20 ml bottle
        of Stan (2) 10 ml bottles of tren (1) 10 ml of deca and (45) tabs of 50mg omifen or clomifeno whatever these are?

        After this i will lay off for a while. The duration of the cycle is up for how you all suggest taking them. Volumes and frequency's
