Ronnie Coleman has proportions unmatched by any other human being to ever exist. However, I have never read an article or talked to someone who has been exposed to his diet or cycles. Ronnie holds the secret to hugeness, but I think he's keeping it secret. I think he eats every hour, and is given steroids by the army in hopes of creating a human nuke. Do you fellas know his diet or suppliment list, or will this knowledge remain unknown until the greatest retires?

the fact that ronnie wins the olympia doesn't mean "he" has the ulimate secret. There are better bodybuilders out there definetly. They all have superior structures to support that amount of muscle that a normal human can't and they do have quite the drug regimes as well.
