suspension?????????????

my friend bought a bottle of suspension but he is having alot of trouble extracting it and injecting it. he has to use a 20 gage pin to extract it or it wont go through. also he tried injecting it with a 22 gage pin and it would not go through either. can someone tell me why he would have that problem. i would really appreciate it. the bottle has a kangaroo on it. thank you

there are crystal like pieces in the suspension that get clogged in the pin, i have the same trouble with mine, i usually have to shoot with a 21g taht's why i don't use it much
