I'm 45 years old,newly married with second wife who wants a child. I have done several cycles in my time, but have been off for the past year. I want to start a new cycle,just sust.250 and test cypionate. However I had my testesterone levels checked a month ago and was way down. I want to also take the above mentioned cycle to boost my testoterone and get my energy back. But I want to also be able to have a child with my wife so my question is will the test and sustanon lower my sperm count and inhibit me in getting her pregnant? Thanks for any help.

Yes, the steroids will inhibit sperm production. Using HCG throughout the cycle along with the steroids helps, but isn't always good enough to sustain your sperm count. If you chose to use HCG during your cycle, I recommend 500IU twice a week at a minimum to help keep your testicles somewhat functional. I know from experience that guys have impregnated their wives while using this protocal - so it does work.
