  • One-handed aspirating?

Hmmmmmmmmm, frontloading with prop requires ED shots.........thus requiring me to venture away from the quads, to new areas.

Unfortunately, I'm so inflexible that I can't get both hands in on the action and am forced to stick myself AND aspirate with the same hand.

Any tips on how to do this w/out shaking the needle and beating the hell out of my muscles?

    Thanks.

It's tough, takes practice. I still have a hard time once in a while, now add the clen shakes into it also, it's a fun time.

Hmmm, I'll try to describe what I do. I use my thumb and ring finger to hold against the casing and I use my pointer to pull back the plunger and asperate. It slips out of my grasp sometimes but it's no big thing.

if you can picture this, I wrap my pinky, ring and middle finger towards the bottom of the syringe. my pointer finger is off the needle. I insert the needle like that. when I am at depth I use my thumb to aspirate by using my nail to back out the pluger. you don't need much pressure if you are actually in a vein the blood will poor in.

lol everyone got a different method. I got real good at this after a few months practice lol. Now all i do is one handed shots. This is the easiest way for me to do it. . .

I grip and insert it the same way i plan on holding it, so the angle is right. Just stick my pinky on the casing to brace against n pull the plunger back with pointer and thumb. Nice n easy, works like a charm every time, takes 2 seconds, no slips.
