1) Yes, it is possible to get gyno in only one nipple (unilateral gynecomastia)
2) If you have gyno, over-the-counter products are not going to cut it. Check out some of our board sponsors for liquid tamoxifen and either liquid letrozole(Femara) or anastrozole(Arimidex)
-the tamoxifen will prevent estrogen from binding to the tissues in your nipples
-the letro or anastrozole will prevent excess estrogen from being formed in your body
This way you're covered from all angles if it's estrogenic gyno...
HOWEVER:
If you are using Deca or Fina, this will not cover you. You will require bromocriptine or Dostinex in that case.Last edited by hitmansb; 05-16-04, 01:30 PM.

Okay, now tell me this....are you running test with the deca? What doses are you taking?
Have you used test on it's own before? If so, at what dose...and did you have any gyno symptoms?
Have you ever used Deca without test before? If so, at what dose...and did you have any gyno symptoms?

like hitman said, deca gives you a progesterone based gyno as opposed to the easily controllable estrogen gyno. also he said the you will need dostinex or bromo to control it. deca will give you some water weight but you will always want to be safe than sorry. I have slight gyno in each of my pecs and it really pisses me off that I wasn't more careful when i was younger.Originally posted by soccerman
im running about 400mg of deca alone a week. i have never ran test before. ive just noticed my nipples getting more puffy then they were before and was wondering what i can do to stop it.

6-oxo will not work with progesterone gyno from what I know, it is an estrogen inhibitor and a weak one at that. Here is a page that describes Bromo and dosing.

I sense there is some confusion in this thread. Trenbolone and nandrolone can have an impact on:
1) Progesterone levels
2) Prolactin levels
Gyno brought about by Tren and Deca is likely due to a combination of both of these, progesterone and prolactin - Bromocriptine and Dostinex (cabergoline) only impact #2, prolactin levels. Neither influence Progesterone, for that something like Mifepristone (RU 486) is needed.
