OK- Newbie at this forum-but have used gear before- reading up on T3 and now that I currently have it in my possesion looking to use it but I want to know what you guys think- here goes:

230lbs
5'11"
Goal- 210lbs
I have been working out for many years -although have taken a long winter break I started back up in January and have burn this winter fat off- I am not going to compete just looking ot burn fat...lots of it and quickly- I know T3 will consume my muscle but I am willing to sacrafice a lil muscle -
Other than lots of cardio - do you guys recommend using the T3 -remember my goal is to rid of unwanted body fat.....
