i thought tamox was only good PCT for m1t cause m1t causes gyno bloat via raising of prolactin levels, not estrogen, what would be the advantage of the combo?Comment

Actually, I don't think M1T raises prolactin levels either and since the 19-methyl is intact, it shouldn't bind significantly to the progesterone receptors. It doesn't aromatize either so gyno risk should be non-existant. Also, since people only take it for 2 to 4 weeks, even if it was as a progestin, it shouldn't be a problem in that time frame. I don't know why anyone would make a nolva/M1T combo. Maybe BuyB12 can tell us......Originally posted by grafix-gnc

M-1T doesn't convert to estrogen. You could use it for PCT if you're only using M-1T for two weeks or so. It's primarily to preserve gains from M-1T rather than from a gyno standpoint. 6-OXO would also work in a case like that. From what I've seen, you don't get shut down all that hard in two weeks but you will have an imbalance of test to estrogen (due to the introduction of non-natural test) until your natural processes pick back up. The 2 week on/2 week off cycle with M-1T is actually more for giving the liver a break (due to its toxicity) than anything else. Also, I think that another reason some people may take nolvadex is to fight off water gain due to elevated estrogen levels but I wouldn't consider it a gyno-type bloat.Comment

it is for pct the M-1t shuts you down hard even when only used for 2 weeks....so 2 on 2 off 2 on 2 off tamox for the pct
