    Are you shooting IM or Sub-Q? How long have you been on it? Maybe your a lot more sensitive to it at that dose. No personal experience just tryin to help from what I've read and give the other guys some more info so they can help ya.

        You cant time slin bro. Sometimes I feel it after 2 hours and sometimes I feel it after 30 min.

            shit ive never gone hypo with lin-r. for me it usually hit right around 2 hours... however i ate every two hours on the hour..

              i eat every hour and have still gone hypo. like i said, you cant time slin.

                  I just eat as much as I can within the 4 hour period that humilin R is in effect. I pound my protein/dextrose shake and i start eating a half hour later........i just keep eating the whole damn time with small breaks in between. All the protein I can handle and enough carbs to keep me alive. I also mixed up simple and complex carbs after injecting slin. I let myself go slightly hypo and I keep in under control though with either rice, dextrose, or smarties. Havent passed out yet, so im ok...lol. I don't have a problem with fat, i just avoid it pretty much totally while the slin is in effect. I like it because im always starving for the rest of the day after taking slin. I just recently switched to Log, and i like it better because I only have to worry about it for 2 hours..........I like to take naps a couple hours after working out, and the R is too much of a wait for me. BTW....im taking GH as well, so my tolerance may be higher than yours if you are not taking GH. Hope this helps. Peace.
