  • Would dim be good to run with a test cycle?

I am in week 3 of my cycle. I front loaded 600 mg deca and test cyp weeks 1-2 and bumped down to 400 mg for the rest of my cycle. I have nolva for back up but I am seeing no estrogenic activity at the end of week 3. I am wondering if DIM would be proficient anti estro since it metabolizes bad estro and promotes good estro. It very cheap and I would like thoughts on running this on my cycle. I was thinking it might be good since test can aromatize. any thoughts appreciated.

    good estorgen? Bad estorgen?

3 weeks out your not going to see much of anything yet, including estrogenic activity.

Are you running 600mg of deca and test togather or of each for weeks ? not enough one way and prob too much the other. there is not a whole lot point in front loading like that anyway, you don't gain that much time.

i'll bet good money a D.O. set you up with the DIM idea. yes, it could help. you are a bit misinformed though i think. estrogen is estrogen, be it good or bad... i think you're asking about your estrogen levels dropping too low which can also have adverse effects which are similar to that of estrogen levels being too high. i mean, the effects are not the same, but you're right in thinking that you want to find a "happy medium" sort-a-speak. you want your estrogen levels low, but not too low to where they can also hurt your progress. it's late, am i making any sense?

to answer your question more directly, yes DIM is believed to be helpful against the "bad" estrogen - but it is theorectical at this point and still being tested by many endocrinologists for this exact purpose.

even more specifically; you want to watch your 2-OHE/16-AOHE levels so that they don't fall below a 2.0 range.
