  • ED shots in glutes/quads only?

Is it possible to do ED shots using only glutes/quads??
    Maybe something like this:

    DAY
    1--left outer quad
    2--right outer quad
    3--left front quad
    4--right front quad
    5--left glute
    6--right glute
    then repeat

ED shots will go on for 4 weeks. Is this good.......or too often in the same areas?

    Thanks.

      Mon--75mg prop (.75cc)
      Tue--75 prop, 195 deca, 300 enan (2.6cc total)
      Wed--75 prop
      Thur--75 prop
      Fri--75 prop
      Sat--75 prop, 195 deca, 300 enan
      Sun--75 prop

I started the cycle on Tuesday.......put all 2.6cc in the outer quad and felt virtually nothing. Then, on Wednesday, I put the .75cc in my right calve and could barely walk for a day (then, the pain disappeared as fast as it came). On Thursday, I put the prop in my left bicep and on Friday, I could barely move my arm. Friday, I did the right bicep and even though its tender.........its nothing like that left bi from Thursday. The left bi is still a little red and swolen (and quite painful). Anyway, this morning I put the whole 2.6cc in my other quad and I feel NOTHING.

The prop is for 4 weeks total......the enan/deca for 10. If I can just stick to the sites mentioned above, I think it might save me a great deal of agony.

Then again, maybe my bi's and calves will adapt if I keep pluggin away.........I did quads/ glutes my last cycle, so maybe thats why they no longer hurt.

        I don't shoot "front" quads...just outer...

but if I were you I would choose one more spot to inject on and ED cycle...like delts or calves.

Go pecs bro....I'm rotating pecs, glutes, quads for my first time with an EOD prop cycle....

Pecs are IMHO, the least painful site to inject....give it a whirl brother....

I agree with trip - haven't found a compelling arguement to shoot prop ED. Just started shooting prop ... going into quads, glutes, and pecs. The first shot in each spot left me sore. Since then, no probs.

              Try pecs bro.

so 150mg EOD should be just as effective as 75mg ED?

You stick to the same sites and you will cause urself a great deal of scar tissue, eventually..rotate areas on the body, its a must. Only place I havent used are my forearms

                    From Big Cat:

"This is an esterified form of the base steroid steroid testosterone, much like enanthate, cypionate and sustanon 250. It's a superlipophillic, oil-based injectable that slows the release of the steroid into the blood stream. But compared to enanthate and cypionate, propionate is a very short ester and is still released quite fast. As such more frequent injections are needed. Levels will peak after 24-36 hours and begin tapering from there on out, making the longest possible time-span between injections, at least or proper results, about 3 days. Most athletes will opt to inject 50-100 mg every day to every other day. "

So, to answer your question ... technically, it is more effective to shoot prop ED than EOD because you are maintaining more even test levels. Do the benefits justify ED pokes? Depends on who you ask. I go 150 EOD. But, a lot of people go ED.

I would say shoot pecs too...but make sure you go to http://www.spotinjections.com to study on where to shoot.

I think I shot too high and too far towards the middle of my pec and it affected a nerve there. Now one pec doesn't flex as much on the center of my chest as it used to...plus I had a terrible shooting pain running from my chest to down the full length of my arm for 4-5 hours.

I did ED shots in the glutes only and I haven't had any problems with scar tissue etc.

How about the delts. Glutes, quads, and delts are all you need.
