Has anyone ever read the book "over the edge" by david shaw. Not sure if u can get it in the states but if u can its definately worth a read. its about an australian bodybuilder who goes on to place 2nd at the universe. covers his life from the age of 14.he talks about all the gear and gh he used and some of the cycles he did were fuckin unbelivable. Like peak weeks of 6000mgs and towards the end he didnt even come of the cycle he just lowered the dose to a maintaince level of around 800mg a week, came along way from his 1st cycle witch was 50mgs of deca a week lol.
a good read for any juicer.

Before the universe after his last 2 courses of gh he was 123kilos(270lbs) then came the igf-1

Extract from book: I woke up one morning with a problem. "Dad. Dad!" I lay there , in bed, arms above my head. I waited for his footsteps."Dad, you deaf old fuck! Come here!"
Footsteps. My arms were so big, the muscles had temporarily cut of the nerves. At least, thats what i assumed, for i couldn't move them. Dad gently lowered them to my side, one by one. When i rolled over, the legs on the right hand side of my bed gave way. I ripped the legs off the left side and lay the mattress on the floor. "thats the spirit" the old man said "if the mountain wont come to mohammed, rip the fucking legs off your bed!"
"they build beds for wimps!" i said.

extract from the book: The docter had actually yelled at me for ten minutes and thrown something of his desk at me. He gave me a list of medication and told me to see him again in afew months time. My blood pressure was dangerously high. My cholesterol was high. A normal reading should have been between 3.6 and 5.5, mine was 9.2. My testosterone and sperm count was miles below what they should have been."you'll never have kids david." The risk of future heart disease was high. Every major organ showed signs of stress. The ECG scan showed an enlarged heart. My liver needed further tests. My red blood cell count was lower than desired......
"Any more steroids." the docter said, "and that would've been it.Hopefully, you stopped just in time. Its a blessing you dont want to compete again."
