    Newbie -

    Probably going to get ragged for this but you all seem to know so much. I've read all I could on Dbol but can't find what I'm looking for.

    Ready for first cycle and, given it's the first, I want to take it easy.

    I intend to only use Dbol from Thailand only 15mg a day, 10 in the morning with grapefruit juice and 5mg before bed. Will run for 7 weeks.

    Not looking for huge gains at the moment. Looking to see how my body is going to react before diving in. Will focus on workout, diet and rest as much as the Dbol.

    Are the amounts I intend to use to small? I know I will lose most of any gains, but once again. I want to see my bodies reaction.

    If the amounts are too small...what's a good starting point to be as safe as possible.

    Is it good to only do a Dbol cycle or should u always mix as I see so often on this board?

    I weigh 165 lbs. 9% body fat. Well cut, but have some aches in joints etc.. Dbol seems it may help with that too during cycle.

    Any guidance would be appreciated and I apologize in advance for this newbie's question if the answer is out there and I simply did not find it.

    30mg at least, or ur wasting ur time... well ur basically doing that anyway on an oral only cycle, but whatever. Why not put some test enan or something in there @ 400mg/wk. It's not expensive and at least u'll get to keep some of the gains

      yea test 400 a week 12 weeks for your first time save the d-bol for your second cycle.

          I appreciate what's been written thus far; however, note the goal of this first exercise is safety...I want to see results (not huge) on a short cycle...to determine the effects on my body other than muscle growth before diving head first into a serious cycle. I've tried a wide assortment of over the counter products and haven't had much success especially with joint pain etc... The fluid build up from the Dbol is one thing that draws me to it.

            you might want to shy away from grapefruit juice in the morning because it triggers an enzyme that may inhibit absorption or cause over-absorption of the dbol...im not sure if that is the case with dbol but I know that it does that for many statins and prescription medications...
            oh and I did a 4 week dbol cycle at 25 mg a day, made some alright gains and got hella stronger 7 weeks should be good to build some lean muscle...but you should run it at least 20 mgs a day

              I thought grapefruit juice was bad w/17aa orals ... I read somewhere that it breaks it down bad or something.. anybody else have knowledege about that ?

                i read that it turns off the enzyme that helps breakdown 17aa gear making it more effective. i have always taken my orals with grapefruit juice with good results. at worst it has no effect.

                  test 500mg week 1-10
                  dbol 30mg ED week 1-5
                  have nolva on hand, and clomid post cycle. start clomid 2 weeks after your last shot.

                    with that being said, why in the hell are you taking dbol?!?! a "safer" cycle is what everyone is suggesting... TEST ONLY for your first time around! you're posts are extremely contradicting amongst themselves. you speak of "safety" and the fact that you're looking for LBM gains only, and "short cycles" yet you want to run dbol for 7 WEEKS?!?! forget everything you obviously haven't read and please for your own "safety" do a lot more research before starting this game.

                        Stop with every thought you might have right now. Dbol 7 weeks is crazy and definately not safe. I don't who these other guys are giving you the advice to do it but they are wrong too. Also A.B nothing against you, but mixing compounds first time around is not safe either.

                          bump GT.... safe cycle w/ dbol... a highly liver toxic and aromatizable substance... most ppl run it for 4 weeks as a kickstart.... this guy wants to run it 7.... not a good idea.

                            Leancut, you may have read up on what dbol is and that's good. Now you need to read on first cycle advice. Most everything you read will tell you to use Test for the first time.
