How to run sust?

I am planning on doing 600-700 mg of sust per week. Should I do that in 2 shots per week or what?

I would run 200mg on M,W,F.

i like to do eod, or at least m/w/f. sust is 250mg/ml - so it will be 750/week. i'm doing m/w/f right now as a matter of fact.

Sust. knotted me up bad but I gained 30lbs in 10 weeks. Make sure your diet, training and post cycle is in check. You don't want to lose everything you worked to gain.

Thanks Guys- I am also doing some Deca with it. Can I mix the two in one syringe and would that help out with the pain?

I would do M/W/F injections and yes, you can mix it with deca. It's a great combo.

mix em up and go with EOD or the 3 day split.
