Inquiring for someone else. I hear GH is great but GH w/ slin is a HUGE difference maker. I had heard 4 to 6 iu's GH daily and 5 to 10 iu's Slin postworkout. I know some one who needs to move up to super heavy from the bottom of the heavy weight class. i would think this would get him pretty close. He's never done either before. I'll take any thoughts on this subject. thank in advance.
