I've read a couple of articles in some BB magazines about Victor Martinez and Kevin levrone. They say they are using 2 grams of test a week as a base, not in a higher dosage because it will disturb your sleep then and eventually your progress. I was just wondering does it really matter if you take 2 grams a week or for example 1 gram or 500 mgs test a week. Is 2 gram of test a week more effective for muscle growth then a lower dosage. ( ofcourse your training, diet and rest is 100%)
yeah I know those guys up the dosage year after year and cycle after cycle. But I'm still curious what would be/or is a better dosage for maximum results.
