    I've read a couple of articles in some BB magazines about Victor Martinez and Kevin levrone. They say they are using 2 grams of test a week as a base, not in a higher dosage because it will disturb your sleep then and eventually your progress. I was just wondering does it really matter if you take 2 grams a week or for example 1 gram or 500 mgs test a week. Is 2 gram of test a week more effective for muscle growth then a lower dosage. ( ofcourse your training, diet and rest is 100%)

    yeah I know those guys up the dosage year after year and cycle after cycle. But I'm still curious what would be/or is a better dosage for maximum results.

    What do you guys think?

    2 grams a week is something they need to grow. Less then half of that dose would be more then enough for most people to grow.

      i always wondered that. so alot of the pro's will eventually need 3-4 gms a week to grow? that's never ending. once your body gets used to higher doses is there any going back?

        well I tell everyone this. when I was taking 1500mg of test a week I was GROWING. LOL but now that I think about it I use much less homebrew and I get the same results so that makes me think that a lot of vet stuff is underdosed (DUH) or just not strong. My nipples itch just thinking of 1000mg/week of homebrew. LOL

          if they want to keep their weight they need to keep it up. The body can only handle so much weight at a given horomone level. It maxs out if you will.

              Ok and if you are taking for example 1.5 gram test a week and following a low carb high protein diet. Do you still need anti estrogens to prefend water retention? For example arimidex. I would take proviron for sure but is arimidex necesarry with such an amount of test?

                I guess it depends on how much water you hold personally. My first ever cycle bloated me bad but each successive cycle didn't bloat me that bad. using 1500mg I used a bit of LDEX E3D just in case. The proviron would probably keep you good, how much are you taking. I usually use about 75mg to 100mg during a cycle.

                  I've experienced that when I follow a high carb diet while on the juice, I held much more water then when I followed a low carb diet while on the juice. I used to take 25mgs provi in the morning and 25 mgs provi in the evening. Never used test in a higher dosage as 500mgs a week. But I'm planning to up the dosage my next cycle.

                    If you are for example going to use 1500mgs test enanthate a week and 600 mgs eq a week. Do you have to inject 500mgs test with 200 mgs eq EOD? Or is there a better or more effective way? and will it be useful to take the first 15-20 days test prop ED for a quik start?

                      If your taking proviron then you don't need arimidex. Remember that while you will grow much faster with high doeses of test that there is the problem of diminishing returns along with the expontally increassing sides. 2grams of test a week? maybe, 4grams a week ? thats insane.

                              good read but a lot of BS there, yes the pros use a lot but not that much. 500mg ED of Dbol is not going to make you ether sick or big, just dead. Your body can't process that much. And as for 10grams of test a week that is almost as hard to believe considering that most test is around 200mg/ml that means 50ml EVERY week of just test. Back agin to the question of the body being able to break it down.
