AAS and ACCUTANE

Hey guys,
I just got a perscription 4 accutane. I'm on my 9th week of my 12 week cycle and I want to start the accutane now!!Will this have any bad effect on me or my gains?I really dont want to wait until the end of my cycle to start the treatement.

I have notice no negtative interactions. I am on my 4th month of accutane at 95 mg a day. I would avoid orals thought because accutane is harsh on the liver

I would not take accutane while on a cycle. I had a very bad reaction taking accutane while on AAS. My acne got much much worse, and I am left w/ scars to prove it. I am on Minocycline right now, and am and have been clear as a bell. Ask your doc about Mino before you get into Accutane.

i'd prefer to run my accutane after my cycle also... wait for your hormones to "settle" back into "normal" ranges and then the drug will be more effective.

i am on tetracyclin right now and my acne sucks I wonder if i should stop taking it, i am midcycle right now.

Accutane works by utilizing an enzyme related to vitamin A to restructure the sebucus glands and the rate at which they release sebum. It also has an effect for some people on lyposis and glycogenesis, and it is very important to monitor your diet very closely, esp when "on"

This change in oil production is most often lasting but can sometimes require 2 - 5 month cycles to produced the desired perm. results.

Just tread carefully when using this drug as it is very potent, also avoid anti biotic use while on accutane.
