Does anyone knows if it is legal in japan .I moved to Japan from America and would like to do a cicle but I am concerned about it.

well they are illegal in america so it can't get any worse in japan so I wouldn't worry.

Familiarity with local laws is a must. I'm sure if you spend a little time at a hardcore gym there, you will find what you are looking for.

Thing is I don't speak Japanese .I have heard that is ok to posses But I need to 100 % sure of that .Also gyms here cost about 200 dollars and some the heaviest dumbels is 30 kg
mostly machines and the people are so skinny and small that when they see my arms of 16.5 inches they are so impressed.

why would you bother doing a cycle if you can't even work out properly?

That will be a cutting cicle .So I will use lighter weights and more reps .
