Who has used Lion nutrition?

Who has used their flavored research products? I may be way off here but the way I figured it 5 squirts= .5 ml . ( 50mgs per ml) 300 mgs is need for the fist day of "research" 60 squirts =300mgs. Is this right ? It seems high.

you may try 20 .....three times the first day ....
