You definitly loose fat in the spots you shoot. As for your question about Jintropin. Well, I was on humatrope and switched to Jin last week. I can tell you, Jin works. good stuff IMO.
Just switched from serostim to Jins and I can say the Jins must be good b/c my carpel tunnel is killing me. About to cut the IU's so I can feel my fingers again.

btw, how is Jinotropin?
It will definatly increase the rate that you will burn fat, but as far as localized fat loss goes its not going to pin point specific areas unless you shoot consistantly in that spot, and then you just get a dimple like apperance in the skin
Jin is one of the best brands out there
2iu is fine 3-4 would be better, the older you are the less you need, if you range from 25-35, I wouldnt go less than 3iu 5x a week
