I'm about to start using Humalog. And i usually run after my work outs over the sumer for cutting. If i wasn't running then i know it would be immediatly post work out. So Doom you don't have to get pissed for another Slin thread. lol I know to take it post work out. But if i run immediatly after the work out then I hit the slin immediatly following the run, right?

Thanks Bouncer. I was wanting to dabble into it this cycle. Before i go full force with it on my bulking cycle this winter. And also my cutting diet isn't vert strict. I'm just basically watching what i'm eating, eating clean, not eating food to late. And doing more cardio. I want to try it out right now so i can use it post cycle also.

I'm curious what effect the slin would have post-cardio in terms of glycogen-loading your legs. Would your legs be more energetic for the next run as a result of taking slin and carbs afterwards? Keep us posted...could be interesting for athletes as a post-training practice.
