      he's only been on for 8 days. it hasn't even kicked in yet. whatever gain you see is from his diet and a tan. it's not the juice.

        I see you took your pics down but never listed your diet. That says something right there. Your never going to accomplish your goals if you cant be honest with yourself.

            I took my pictures down, because my question was answered. I started the thread to gain feedback about whether i was developing gyno or not.

            I havent listed my diet, because i have had no time. I am rather busy, and do not feel the need to type out what i have been eating for each of your satisfaction, or so you can continue to criticize my build or decisions. I never claimed to have garnered any results from the testosterone yet, and was merely interested in learning if you all believed i was developing gyno or not.

            Now, to clarify my diet. I have been consistantly eating 4000-5000 calories for several months, and have been putting on about a pound a week, for the past 8 weeks. I specified my 3 pound gain, as the gain i had gotten since i started using (which by concidence i provided so you could help me determine if i was getting gyno, or if it was fat gain).

            You may all find it necessessary to criticize my decision to start using, but i have been consuming a huge ammount of calories for some time, and have been training extremely intensely and consistanty (as shibby can verify) for some time as well. I made the decision about starting to use a short cycle of gear to ovararch my plateau as a decision independant of my (base as you have said). I did it because, i was having great difficulty overcoming this plateau, and wished to get over it, so i could continue to progress naturally.

            I started at 140 at 6'1", and have gained 30 pounds in the past two years. Thanks for your critiques, i appreciate it. Especially those who actually gave me the help i desired, rather than frowning upon my decisions.


            And consequently, starting in the next few days i will be using my fit day journal again, so the rest of you who know exactly what i am doing incorrectly, will be able to give feedback. I would really be interested in all you have to say, regardless of how you say it. If you all have something that would aid me, then i would love to hear it. I will post the link to my diet in the next few days, and look forward to hearing what you have to say.

              gyno feels like cartlidge built up behind the nipple, it will be very sensitive, and puffy, it will also stand out some times from the fluid in there, and yes it can leak from the nipplle...

              cypionates half life is 8 days, you have some extra test floating in the blood strem, nothing much at all, these are things you should at least know, so just from asking that question, I dont have to read anything else

              Im sorry to say you arent educated enough on the matter to use properly. Sure you can star asking and people will answer, but before you even thought of sticking yourself you should have known every damn thing about it...,

              I have spoken with you through PMs, and I honestly thought I was just helping you make ur ur mind, you should have asked a hell of a lot more than you did bro

              dont take this as all negative rfeed back, its being said to you so that you do it correct, and not wonder after 8 days do you have gyno...my opinion stop, and start doing a lil research bro, you got a lot to catch up on

                Doom, i realized that it was extremely unlikey that i would have developed gyno in 8 days. However, it is something i worry about, so rather than a lack of knowledge, it is a paranoia and fear of it happening. I knew the facts would be that i was more likely than not, not gyno, however i was frightened that it could be, so to clear up any possiblity i thought it prudent to ask many questions just to make sure. Just to cover my ass, and set myself at ease.


                ANd regarding the PMs, i was asking so you could help me make up my mind. I was decided on running test. My first choice was ethanate, but you refered me to cyp, so i researched it, and discussed it with shibby, and it seemed an equally valid choice, so i did. I do not see how that displays any lack of research.

                However i am not trying go validate myself, you all seem to believe that i dont know what the fuck is going on. Who am i to convince you otherwise?

                  You can type 3 page replies if you like, I still want to see your daily diet. Are you telling me that before you used steroids you were eating 5000 cals and not gaining anything? Get real bro. Bottom line is, your making excuses for something you shouldnt be doing.

                    LOL!! That's exactly what I was thinking. Couldn't have said it better my self. Looks like a lil difference between pics but to a trained eye it's obvious it's a tan and some dieting at 8 days.

                        People are trying to help you here ... not criticize.

                        Here's what's causing the problems. If you're taking in 4000 - 5000 cals, then the you should be gaining a lot more than a "pound per week." People are asking you to post your diet so that they can help you figure out where the problem is, not for "each of your satisfaction, or so you can continue to criticize my build or decisions" (<- comments like that will piss people off as these guys are trying to help you.)

                        Bro - there are competitive bodybuilders on this board. Not to mention guys who have been in the game for years. So, yes. You don't know what the fuck is going on (compared to these guys). To tell you the truth, I don't know what the fuck is going on (compared to these guys).

                        Read as much as you can. Post your diet and learn from the feedback.

                          I understand that you've made up your mind, but as your first paragraph easily trumps your second paragraph.

                          You made a 3lb gain in the 8 days you've been "on" and you've put on a week a pound for the past 8 weeks (making 8lbs) - which is quit impressive. This weight gain - I can assure you - IS NOT from the juice, but rather from your decision to increase your intensity in the gym and increase your eating.

                          Based on that - you gained 11lbs in about 9 weeks natrually. Why is it that you believe you've reached a plateau that you need the gear? It would seem to me that you're still making great gains and haven't yet hit any sort of plateau.

                          No one is balking at your desire to get big, everyone is basically trying to get the point across that you can still make gains naturally without the juice. And based on your own response, you already have.

                          FOOD is the greatest anabolic you will find. it will far surpass whatever you think test or any other steroid will give you.

                          for some reason, in the past 2 months, you made a decision to kick up your intensity and gained 11lbs. why would you want to short change yourself and not just continue on the same path and see how well you can do naturally?

                          that's just my 2 cents.

                              I competed in two powerlifting meets and one bodybuilding comp before I ever considered AAS use. Waiting until you have achieved a good base with proper eating (every 2-3 hours) and sufficient work in the gym will provide that foundation to build on when you do decide to make AAS apart of your life.
                              Based on your photos you could do alot more natural training and I don't mean that in a negative way...we all have to start somewhere. As far as you having gyno...NO, you don't have gyno!
                              After having had two gyno surgeries due to AAS use I can speak quite confidently based on your past use and drugs taken that what your experiencing besides a little paranoia is maybe some water retention...that's all.

                                Again im not attacking you, so stop being on the defensive, yes it seems like a mass gang attack here, but you basically contradicted yourself...if you understood the principals of the cypionate ester, then you would know that it cant be gyno this soon...you knew it was testosterone, you can also put a cypionate ester on equpiose, or deca if you want, hell you can do it with tren...my point being is that what you knew of it was test, the rest i dont think you got other wise this wouldnt have been posted, and we wouldnt have caught so many flaws

                                But its a blessingh in disguise as you can re tool what you are doing and do it correctly
