If it wasn't my "health" I suppose I wouldn't give a shit but all these UG labs and "knock offs" have got me seriously worried.
Think about it...in this day of easily obtainable high tech printing equipment/programs/computer laser printers etc. how are we to feel confident that what were putting into our bodies is legit? We don't!
Some of us get our powders from foreign countries, one of which is china...leaders in the "knock off". Now why was it the federal government spent billions of dollars upgrading US currency with multiple colors/watermaks etc? Oh yeah...because any pimple faced highschool kid with a decent computer and a laser printer could pump out a few grand worth of fake bills...that work!! (scarry). Now think about what a high tech country like China or India is capable of in it's capitalistic ventures.
All things aside...paper currency is now pretty damn hard to fake (I hope).
Enter the newbee bodybuilder who in most cases has Never seen a legitimate steroid/box/package insert who "assumes" that what he/she just spent $500.00 on is legit. In my short time in this game (close to 20 years) I have never seen the potential for injection related complications more so then right now. Every day I read new threads about some guy developing an abcess and his visit to an ER to have it drained/lanced from some vet grade or little known UG lab. I'll admit, providing a UG lab obtains pure powders and they have good lab practices...UG labs "CAN" put out a decent product but how are we to be assured of this? Until there is a lab devoted to testing these UG products I guess we'll have to take their word for it.
Think about this...if some kid can knock off our US currency what's to stop a country like China mass producing boxes/labels/package inserts of popular steroid companies and then selling them to UG labs where by they fill up a 10ml serum vial, slap on a near perfect fake label and off it goes to a reseller who then sells it to unsuspecting consumers.
Just about every board has a counterfiet/fake AAS section. A good majority of these products have no active ingredient in them what-so-ever or worse...abcess causing bacteria.
Sorry for the rant...after my last abcess I swore no more vet labs and unless it comes directly from the pharmacy (US) or by my own hady work, it won't go in my body.
I feel bad for the new guys trying to get into the game these days with all this fake shit floating around. When these UG labs start getting popped that's gonna be another black eye on the sport. If you've got a good connection...protect them! These guys are on the endangered species list under the title "legitimus steroidicus supplyum".
