Question on Nolvadex and Timing?

Hey guys. I know, I know... Another PCT question. But let me tell ya'... I have searched for an hour now and have found nothing to answer this question.

I want to know when taking Nolvadex, do I take the full dose at once or do I split it up for optimal benefits.

I am doing 40 MG for weeks 1 - 2 and 20 mg for weeks 3 - 4.

Should I split up the 40 every 12 hours or take it at once say in the morning?

i've never had an issue taking it all at once. I don't remember the half-life, but i suppose you could search it out. My guess is that it is > 24 hrs.

Like most things, your body can only process so much at once. I split everything up to obtain the most out of it as possible.

The half life is 5 to 6 days for nolvadex. take it everyday for PCT though as dosages over 40mg at a time produce more noticable sides. Once a day is fine though

wow that is a long half-life. does it make sense then to take 20mg E3D or so on a cycle?

I tend to get headaches if I take 20mg or more at once, so I split the larger doses.

i read on another site somewhere once that it had a 50hour half life or something like that. WHen I did PCT I took 40mgs eod.
