1-AD AND 4-AD STACK

This is going to be my first Prohormone stack cycle. I am 21 years old, I have been bb for about 3 years and have come to a plateau. Please tell me your views on my first cycle, and of any previous experience.


Week 1-2 900 mg of 1AD with 300 mg of Nor-diol
Week 3-4 600 mg of 1AD with 600 mg of Nor-diol
Week 5-6 600 mg of 1AD with 300 mg of Nor-diol

- What do you suggest for post cycle therapy? I have heard that 6oxo from Ergopharm and Clomid is highly effective for blocking estrogen. How would i thread this into my cycle plan? Please reply....

I dont see a reason for tapering your doses and there's certainly no reason to start out at 900mgs. If this is your first cycle, start out at about 300 or 400mg every day and assess your tolerance.

Id opt for clomid post cycle, simply because its cheaper. Start it the day after your last pill.
