    I haven't gained shit in comparison to my past cycles. :dunno:

    I've got about 3 weeks left before I start my winny for 4 weeks. I started off with fina for 8 weeks and I've been running sust every 3rd day and the cycle has gone about 13 weeks so far.

    I finished up my HCG last week and got the boys back, but after 13 weeks I have gained about 10 pounds. I can say that I have lost a little fat and that I appear to have no water weight at all from the cycle. I am just used to gaining about 20 pounds or more from an 8 week cycle and now on 13 weeks and I have gained about 10 pounds...

    how many cycles have you done? the tren wont pack on weight, 500mgs of test with tren is a good lean gain cycle. you lost body fat and still gained 10 lbs sounds good to me!

      This would be my 5th cycle I believe.

      My last cycle which ended last August was of test prop and fina for 10 weeks and I gained 23 pounds with very little water weight. I was just hoping for a bit more, but I still have 10 amps left plus the winny to finish off.

      I'm going to try and milk the last bit out of this one and see if I can improve the gains.

      As far as the lean mass cycle... They are the only ones I care for really. I don't like doing the bulk cycles much. For example, I did a dbol, sust, deca cycle a few years back and gained 25 pounds, but didn't care for how I looked that much.


      I may look into an EQ, Tren, and Prop cycle next, after I finish my time off from this cycle.

        I'll see about posting some pictures at the end of my cycle, but I usually don't feel like posting any pictures for various reasons.

        Right now I am 6'2" at 222 lbs. I started off at about 210-212 lbs.

          your just like me bro the big weight cycles arent for me either im also 6-1 225. currently on test EQ wish i wasnt scared to make tren cuzz that would be perfect for what i like.

              Sadly enough, I view my diet as the worst part of my routine.


              I just try to eat every few hours and try to eat fairly clean.
              I find it hard to say what I really eat because I don't have a set diet that I go by. The largest I have been is 220 and I wouldn't doubt if it is my diet that is holding me at 220 for the last two cycles. It's not that I can't set a diet, I think I just need a swift kick in the @ss to get me to do it.

              I basically eat a good deal of tuna, chicken, fruits, not enough eggs, and I take a whey protein which I usually mix with milk and fresh bananas.

              I'll admit my diet is what I need the most help with, but at the same time I feel like a child that needs to be guided for some reason.

                Tren is very easy to make, just get an extra filter when you decide ot try and make it and it is very easy to make.

                Tren will give me a cough while I am on it and will sometimes hurt my sleeping, but I have used it twice now and liked it.

                  there is your problem bro - that should be number 1 to your routine, training number 2 and drugs last...

                  you're a bug guy at 225 6'2 and when i met you in person, judging by what i remember you look to be an ectomorph to me (tall and thin). you need to eat man! gotta eat big to get big...

                    im sure its easy but im still a sissy. i never got a cough or had problems sleepin. i loved it with EQ. that was when i could get the red star cheap.

                      I agree with you, I have just slacked on that part.

                      I'll try to salvage the cycle with the last couple of weeks left and see what happens. My fridge is empty so it gives me a good reasont o hit up the store for some good stuff to stock it up with.
