    I guess the whole thing about that is that I want to gain while staying lean and trying to lower bodyfat. I don't like the bulking look too much and I catch a lot of crap right now from my bosses at work as it is.

      the point though is - you CANNOT gain and cut at the same time.

      you need to decide on one. then when you're ready to gain, you have to realize that you do not need to increase your fat, if you eat cleanly, you can gain quality muscle without much bf% changes. you just need to understand how to eat right.

      time to get back to basicis. IMHO, based on your diet, you should just lay off for a while and get that down before using anything. b/c right now, you're not eating to do much of anything.
