I actually just heard they started making new ones. NOt sure though, cus the ones I'm prescribed do not look like that. However, I got my last refill from doctor over a couple months ago. Look into it and let us know what you find.

I have be getting mine from the pharm for over three years and I have never seen that label. Most of the info on the bottle is correct except it shoulde be green on white lettering, not a green block with white and Upjohn does not print that federal warniing on the bottle. Hope this helps.
