Does it matter if you take anavar all a t once or do you need to spread it out throught the day? Thanks

I split mine up through out the course of the day... everyone else i've ever spoken to about it have done the same.

Definately split your dose...Var has a 9 hour half-life.

I already have all my var 10mg BTG / 5mg British Dragon to last me 8 wks @ 30mg a day.

Today in a rush I took my entire dosage worth in british dragon in one shot(not literally) vs splitting up the 30mg throughout the day with the BTG.


Dammit.. see what happens when you wake up late and are in a rush....

oh well.... one day shouldn't affect my overall cycle.
