Quick PTC question???

I will be doin the following cyckle:
weeks 1-12 400mg of deca/week
weeks 1-15 500mg of ethanate/week
weeks 1-6 30mg of d-bol/day
PTC will look like this
weeks 10-15 HCG 500iu fridays and sundays
starting week 18 clomid/nolva
1st day 300mg/25/mg
days 2-12 100mg/25
days 12-30 50mg/25mg
Is what i have sufficent for full and proper recovery or should i add in tribbulus and aveena sativa, how much of a differance will adding trib and aveena make?????

i havent figured out the PCT thing yet but i belive everyone is different so what works for you might not work for me. but it looks good. how many cycles have you done?
