what causes the pain?

Just curious as to what actually happens once the oil is injected into the muscle and what causes so much pain? Sometimes for days later...

I understand it has to do with the high BA concentration levels.. but how does that affect the entire muscle??

the very rare times i felt pain after a shot was only in the immediate area where i took the shot. never the whole muscle group. it might have to do with the location in which you shoot?

in my case, I agree I think what i was going through had something to do with where i shot it... but i have a whole other thread concerning that so i won't discuss it here.
