Currently and for the next 8 weeks or so I will be on 40mg/day of anavar. It is powder anavar suspended in 151(tastes like ass, I hate liquor as it is LOL). Right now I am weighing in at about 199 (been dieting the last few weeks since my honeymoon cruise started at 214). My goal is to basically maintain weight and drop my bodyfat more. I am a believer that you can do both. I hope to shoot a few before shots this weekend. Diet will be mildly clean with a few cheat days.

I don't like doing set diets. After all these years of eating I have a pretty good idea what to take in to either gain weight, maintain or lose. Usually either a bowl of granola in the morning, fruit and vegetable snacks in between, leftovers for lunch (meat, vegetables and starches), vegetable or fruit snack in afternoon. dinner meat with vegetables and starches. meat is usually chicken, ground beef, steak or pork. My bodyfat is pretty low. it is probably a bit higher than what is posted for the pictures section and my tan isn't as dark.
