    i wouldnt worry bout lookin freakish after one cycle bro. Use the test as a base, and remember pct. What u plan for after the cycle is just as important. Make sure u got plenty of nolva and clomid,specialy if using test.Just keep reading bro and you will figure it out.

      you are entirely too young to do a cycle. in addition, you have only trained for 9 months. there is no way you have hit a plateau. you are not ready because you have yet to learn how to train and how to eat.

      you should be posting in other forums right now not here. if i remember you were also asking about GH earlier and you are not ready for that either.

      instead of researching steroids, you should be researching nutrition and eating as much as you can.

      please tell me, how do you eat? how do you train?

      how do you know you've hit a plateau when you've only trained for NINE F*ING MONTHS?

      please realize you are only 19, your natrual test levels are at the highest they're gonna be in your whole life. why don't you learn the basics of bodybuilding like proper nutrition and exercise and harness the power of food and grow from that?

          Basically, if you're intent on doing this regardless of what we have to say about your age/training history, good luck.. I guess next time we hear from you, FOX News will be doing part 2 of their breakthrough steroid scare-tactic, and they'll use you to explain why your nuts never grew back.. :)

                Really man, at 19 give yourself a chance. Take your 500 bucks and plan yourself 6-8 meals a day with 40-50 grams of protein a meal and WRITE IT ALL DOWN ON PAPER!!! I promise you'll grow. A lot. You really need to exhaust all other options before taking the next step. And no way you've exhausted everything in 9 months. Don't juice to get big, you can do that yourself. Juice to take it to the next level--and i don't think you're there yet.

                    very very true. I would do that, with those 500 bucks order some whey protein what 40-50 bucks for 10 pounds and some vitamins etc. I would also buy me some foods like these.

                    chicken breasts $8.00 a bag
                    tunas $.50 a can
                    yogurts 2/$1.00
                    Total Protein Cereal $2.33 at target
                    steaks $5.00-10.00
                    eggs $2.00-3.00 a 2 dozens or more
                    stuff like that.


                    When that all adds up, u got about 50-60 bucks there for 2 weeks of food plus the ones u eat at home. Thats what I do and Im growing like crazy. Recently bought some fish oils and flax oil, some vitamins. Just basic stuff there bro. I guarantee you, you will put on some serious weight there if u got a proper diet. Im not talking about eating what ever, like some people say. I was told by a coach once to eat whatever in size to get big, but HEY "HE SAID WHATEVER" Wrong, U cannot get big my eating snadwiches, burgers, fritos fies, shit like that. You need good foods, chickens, fish, tunas, cheese, milks, meat, yogurts, nuts, high protein foods. Protein is what counts, builds muscle. You also need some carbs there too, but good carbs as to good fats. You dont want the bad ones that will bring problems in the future. But yeah, try that shit out bro, 110% guaranteed that you will put on some weight there. ONE MORE thing, steroids, testosterone, Ghg, arent miricle pills or medicine that will make you huge in 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, even 10 weeks. They will but if you train and diet correctly. I was one of those idiots a few years back in high school which I thought roids would turn me into a superman. Wrong, it takes hard work and dedication. Alone nutrition and diet will make you bigger and stronger but adding roids give you a little more advantage of adding size and mass. Just an edge but not a miricle. But yeah tryo for a year diet right and train right bro and you will see some major progress. Even keep us updated in you progress, take some before and after pics. We are all trying to help as much as we can here and wouldnt want u to hurt urself as in hormone wise and all.

                        hehehehe. I love burgers but when I used to bulk up before I would gain big time but alot of fat with it. It was like my muscles grew but with no definition. With tuna, Ive seen awesome growth, never ate 4 cans a day before. Now I grow leaner.:D Been loving it so far.

                              I agree with sana, If i new the guy had only trained for 9 f***kin months i wouldnt have posted b4. Slash, like they have said, there is no way u could have plateaued in that amount of time, besides the fact you are only 19 and your body is still growing anyway. Give it more time, put your $500 in the damn bank or buy some damn eggs. You would be very surprised what you can acheive naturally, just stick with it, keep training, It aint easy for anyone, just dont stop no matter what. And dont take what we say here to heart, we're just tryin ta look out for each other.
