    drop the carbs. try 20g fat and 50g protien every 3 hours 4 16 weeks. Use 2tbls natty peanut butter or 1/4 cup of nuts and chicken, fish or beef. u wanna get ripped? This will do it 4 sure.

      sounds like my diet now. except i'm getting around 30g's protein 10g's fat :)

        Awsome bro. . .you sound ready . .some good advice already posted but here is some advice as well that has to do with diet but also your expectations. . .don't shoot for a particular weight unless you have already been down near to single digit BF levels and were close to the weight you are shooting for. . .in MOST cases, guys dieting for a first show have no idea that they are usually holding a lot more fat than they like to imagine and are very dissapointed when they weigh in much lighter than they thought they would. . .don't be one of those guys that goes onstage smooth because you are afraid to lose some scale weight. .I was talking to another guy who is going to be going pro next year unless the world comes to an end first :) ... he agreed that many get down on themselves for this reason or don't compete again after the first one because they did not make the weight they were shooting for. . .
