Deca will lube your joints ... thats about it ... if you have muscle problems ...or pinch nerve or nerve damage it will not do anything. You might want to try to get trigger point therapy ..
TPI = a shot consisting of lidocaine and sodium bicarbonate ... you get a series of shots around the area ...
if you have a problem with inflamma'tion then you mgiht want to try to get some cortisone .. it helps with that ..and also lubes the area ..
DO NOT take Deca ... especially Deca alone ... and if you have never cycled then i would suggest researching alot first before you end up hurting yourself more .. And giving yourseld DecaDick

Dude, go see a sports medicine doctor if you can. Where I live there are quite a few good ones. I thought for sure I had a rotor cuff injury....nope....worse....I "strained" my deltoid. This means I ripped the fucker off of the bone. Can't do surgery on that and its been a slow going 3 years since. I went from benching 260 to barely being able to bench the bar.
I have done deca twice since the injury and I will say my shoulders always feel better when I am on the juice.....like normal almost.
Do yourself a favor and spend the money to see a specialist.
