    600mg of test cyp weeks 1-12
    winny 50mg per day weeks 9-12
    clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with Xenadrine inbetween
    letro 1.25 eod I already have some gyno
    nolva post cycle 15-18

    I am 6'2 240 about 20 percent body fat
    this is my fourth cycle all others were basic bulkers started off
    with 250mgs of sust 8 weeks responded real well to that gained about 25 pounds then moved up to test cyp 400 mgs 12 weeks
    with dbol first 4 weeks at 30mgs per day.

    Diet will be clean, protien shake 50 grams of protien for breakfast after 30min of cardio. 2nd meal will be chicken or turkey 50 grams too. Third meal will be chicken or turkey with a saled and some almonds. Fourth meal will be a protien shake and some oatmeal before workout then thirty minutes of cardio. followed by a protien shake. Than steak and some lowfat cottage cheese before bed.

    do you think I am eating to much food should I switch some meals for shakes. thanks

    I would do prop starting on week 10-16 and hit winny from week 10-16 so you can jump on pct asap and have a smooth ride.
    Diet I would just keep it simple with 6-7 meals. meals should look like this: egg white with oatmeal, chicken with bake potato. chicken with brown rice. more egg whites and the rest can be shakes! your trying to lower cals to burn off fat. the AAS is the to preserve all/most of your muscle. If you gain 5lbs of LBM then i would consider myself one lucky sob :)

      i agree, would run winny longer than 4 weeks... and possibly add tren for the last 6 as well.
