hold the nolvadex until symptoms right?

I figure that it isn't necessary to use nolvadex throughout my cycle if my tits show no signs of compromise, but I figured I'd better ask because when ever you guys advise guys about cycles you always seem to include it in the cycle at some reasonable dose.
I use 75mg of proviron daily to get more from my 200mg of prop per day and to act as a minor estrogen blocker.
any thoughts?

depending on your cycle history and if you've gotten gyno symptoms in the past, a lot of users prefer to run a "preventive" dose throughout their cycles. i personally never show until maybe around the 12+ week mark so i never run until symptoms appear or slightly prior (maybe start around week 11) to avoid any symptoms.

im in the same boat bro, im taking 600mgs of test a week and kind worried if i need nolva or not. I feel a little more watery and all and afriad of getting symptoms, probably gonna get some this week if i continue to bloat up more. Just in case.

Nolvadex should always be ready on hand just in case. No need in using unless symptoms occur. You should just feel and watch your nipples every day. If symptoms occur take 40mg ED until they subside then 20mg for a while. Its fairly cheap.. and with all the good bros offering it now a days there is no reason to not have it considering youll need it later anyway for PCT
