  • Cycle diet change question

    Im on my 4th cycle right now, its all test-e im taking at 600mgs a week. I started off at 215 pounds, havent weighted myself yet. But the thing is Im getting to bulky and my stomach is growing again. Before the cycle I was a bit leaner cause I was doing alot of cardio but now since I start the cardio is out. Eating like a pig too but good foods. Guess the calories are too high.

    The question is, theim doing my 4th shot or week this Monday. I wanted to know if I can change the diet a bit more like higer protein, loess carbs and have all the good fats there. I wanna grow leaner instead of the bulky look. Can I lose my gains this way or is it a waste. I just dont wanna look bulky again like the previous cycles. Not to mention my puffy face right now. Im not taking any anti-e's at the moment cause im short in cash and all but drink plenty of water a day.

    of course you can always reduce calories during a cycle. and I am sure if you jumped on an anti-aromotase you would notice the difference. don't worry about losing gains. you won't lose the muscle on gear unless you are seriously overtrained.

      hey Stone, can I do cardio at least 3 times per week while on it. For 30 minutes, or some bball. I got my diet in check bro and will send it to u so u can see it bro or will post it here. I miss the 6pack

        thats the great thing about being your own trainer if you aren't happy with a result you can change it right away. if you notice too much loss then back off on the cardio but I would say 3 times a week would be fine to stimulate the body.
