PCT after Fina

Im about to finish a 6 wk fina cycle, 75mg eod, I feel like Im shut down pretty hard, how should I run my nolva, Ive done Test cycles before, but this is my first with fina

I would def be running more thatn just nolvadex after any cycle IMO...Get yourself some HCG. If I were you I'd get at least 5,000ius ...run 500iu for 5 days followed by a 5 day break and repeat again 500iu for 5 days....and rnu the nolvadex as you normally would. You'll be up and running in no time.

You didn't run that much of it for very long but if you feel shut down a good deal then get the HCG. It wouldn't hurt to run HCG at the end of any Fina cycle.

some good advice given here. Ideally you should run the hcg durring the cycle to prevent the shutdown in the first place. Lots of methods for using the hcg, juts be sure not to run it durring your PCT as it is repressive in its self. so if you only have a week or two then I would run the hcg 500iu ED for 7 days then 250iu ED for 6 days. go to PCT right afer. don't wait any longer then one week after the fina to start your pct regardless

If you can extend your cycle out a little you might be better off running 250iu ED for 20days (two weeks cycle one off). Cmsmallzz sugestion looks interesting as well. something like a cross between old school usage and new.

agreed with adding the hcg to your pct, the nolva should be good, you could also add some clomid to your pct.

Follow for 3 weeks after cycle:
CLOMID 100mg wk1, 50mg wk2, 50mgwk (daily)
NOLVA 40mg wk1, 30mg wk2, 20mg wk3 (daily)

I like to carry out my pct for 4 weeks, but those dosages look good.
