    i got like 4 cycles under my belt each one with a good test as a base. Ive never done anything w/o test and was wondering how necessary it is.

    been dieting for a good while and the problem is that my waist is slimming down and the scale is steadily going down too, but my definition is sort of at a plateau and im scared that im loseing some muscle as well.... i dont want the scale to go down too much more, so i want to throw in some winny, to try and retain muscle so that i know when the scale goes down it will be b/c of fat loss....

    will be my first time with winny and just looking for doses, and any otc supps to use while on it, and pct??? any input appreciated, oh and btw, diet is mostly chicken, raw spinach and other greens, hard boiled egg whites, and nuts.

      make sure you stock up on your liv-52 ... milk thistle.. joint formula .. winny only will dry you out ... at the very least I would take 50mg EOD ..

        what do you mean try you out?... im taking Glucosomine with my winny cylce... to help out my joints!!

          i love prop and winny. never tried it by itself.

          whats your stats bro?

          if it were me and i did it solo i would make it short maybe 4-5 weeks at 100mg eod. but if your a huge guy that may be a low dose for you and vice versa.
