whats happening to the paper on this test 200 I got it's been sitting in the box in room temp for about 18 months?

Looks like either the glue is coming thru, or they printed on shitty paper/ink and it's fading.

Solvent in the glue. Looks like machine applied...more than likely legit as your typical UG lab applies their labels by hand.
