Liquid Tamoxifen?

I ordered 2 bottles of liquid tamoxifen from Lion.............when they settled, I noticed that one of the bottles had 3 times the powder settled at the bottom than the other.

Can anyone explain...........is it safe to assume that one has three times the concentration of tamoxifen?

I doubt it would have more of a concentration. I'm sure the boys at lion used the same amount of powder. Possible more of it fell out of suspension on that bottle for some reason.
