I am getting in my sust powder soon and I can't find a good thread explaining step-by-step instructions.
any help would be appreciated.
I am getting my own oil, ba, and bb.
I have enough to make 200ml's. That should make for a nice large cycle. I plan on doing 1cc per day until my liver falls out.

1.75grams of test a week? how many cycle have you done? at any rate it is simple enough. Desovle your first 2 short esters first then desolve your 2 longer ones. Here it is for 100ml

3 grams of test prop
6 grams of test Pprop
6 grams of test iso
10 grams of test deca
3 ml of BA
12ml of BB
Around 65ml of oil.
