Will I be arrested

I ordered some reasearch chems off of a certain site. If they are seized by Canadian Customs will I be arrested?:mad:

Well you probably should have found out the consequences before ordering. But I would say no. At least in the US it's not ilegal to bye research products to do research.

In the USA you wouldn't get arrested but you might get a phone call or a seizure notice. If you get such a call or notice, do not say anything to incriminate yourself and do not sign anything. Deny, deny, deny. They can't do shit here if you don't admit to anything illegal.

yeah... tell 'em you didn't order it... if you think about it, anyone can order anything and have it sent to your address, don't sweat it

If caught for the first time.....

You USUALLY end up on A watch list, grey listed as I have heard. That is if its the first customs seizure they have made in your name. Check out the CJM forum for canadian specific laws and procedure.;)
