I would try this first and some diet adjustments. I would stay away from the methyl d for now and focus on your training and diet. Also look into some creatine whey protien suplements. All the whey is good for that.
if you absoultely will not wait and want to go the prohormone path then stick to the 1-test products. they are pretty well the only really efective ones out there.
30 pnds of muscle while weighing 155 pnds is not going to happen fast by any means. Its going to take time, proper training, A LOT of eating (3000-6000) cals a day, at least 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, and some creatine if u want along with lots of water.

Ask in the "Prohormone" section.
2nd: Do A LOT of research about diff chemicles and products/PCT
For now im guessing ur young, so just stay away from them all together, eat like ur a starving man gone without food for 7 days and ur 1 min away from dieng of starvation.Get lots of protein, and creatine if u want as well.
Lift hard and heavy-moderate. Always increase ur reps or ur weight.
Besides that:
Methyl-D is not a BAD choice for LEAN mass. But u must stack it with something else due to the fact that Methyl-D is not very effective at puttin on mass. It IS however effective in "hardening" ur muscles and creating more "vascularity" and has also been said to help cut BF.
If u HAD TO HAD TO HAD TO choose a product right now, theres no other way in the world, id stick with 1-ad.
If u were not against using a STEROID that is sole LEGALLY then id go down the M1T/1-TEST route. But u will need to learn alot before this happens and before u do anything, if u have any questions, just ask.
im 22 i used to weigh 168 til i got into a motorcycle accident i was on creatine and that got me from like 155 to 168 but i got down to 150 in like 4 weeks of not lifting because of my injuries and now im starting to gain slowly just from nitro tech and working out but i want it faster , creatine just seems to dehydrate u and go away if u dont use it for a while. I need help or suggestions
MMk well M1T will put on some seriouse mass quick. It is sold legally for a few minor loopholes but is in fact an anabolic steroid. It is also very cheap but users have experienced bad sides. My advice, give it a try, good for mass, and if u get ur diet right it will be fairly lean as well. So if u want more info about this product, what to take, how much, how often, where to get it, ect ect, just PM me.
1-test, "basically" M1T without the methyl attached to it giving it a bit different composition and less bioavailability. It will help put on lean mass, just it costs usually a bit more than m1t and isnt AS effective unless taken at high high doses. This is also a steroid and will be banned soon.
Also 1-ad. It is 1-testosterone in its uncoverted form. It is used along the lines of 1 test, costs a bit more, but less sides with decent gains.
Besides that, u could go to "real illegal gear" which is a fast as it gets but u will need to do a lot of research and I as well as many others can aid u with that.

If your looking to recover from a injury you should state it up frount as it changes the advise you might be given. Also you may want to post in the self care forum. I would still focus on diet and the like first before you try gear. but If your looking to speed recovery then prohormones are not the best choice. Things that would help recovery are EQ, Deca, Anavar, and primo. You might, might get a perscription for deca depending on your injuries. but that is hard to do in the USA.
The creatine may have helped you add weight but that weight was mostly water. When you went off of the creatine you then dropped the excess water that you were holding hence, the sudden weight loss. If you want to add muscle then you need to eat. Why is everyone always in a hurry to add muscle? LOL. You need to get your nutritional plan down or you won't be adding anything except useless expenses to your wallet with little or no results. Adding 30 lbs is not exactly something that you do quickly. This statement alone raises warning flags. Go browse the nutrition section and learn about what and when to eat. That is your best bet to gaining muscle mass. BTW, don't go by the scale but instead use the tape measure and record your lifting strength gains to measure progress. Weight gain as a measurement tool without the benefit of a bodyfat % measurement is useless and an inaccurate gauge of progress. Eat young man, eat.
