Anyone else having a problem with RK recently? I have order from them several times in the past, with no problems at all.. Now I have an order that went in 3 weeks ago, and no word and no product.

If anyone has a better way to get ahold of chem, or any of those guys, please let me know.

And, I really don't want to bash these guys.. I have been very happy with their products in the past. Just wonder if they are running behind or what's taking so long.

    Thanks for any help..

I had an issue with a late order before and after sending them an e-mail it was very quickly settled and taken care of.

        Good luck on it!

              Problem solved..

Got my package today; everything came though just fine. Took a little longer then I would have liked, but chem has been good in keeping me in the loop about when my package has shipped..

              Thanks for the help guys..

One last question.. I am having a bitch of a time getting my project to go through the Whatman.. I have done this lots of times before and never had this much trouble. I am using a small barrel to try to increase the pressure, but its just killing me to get it all through. Broke one barell already by pusing too hard. Could I have clogged it? Is there a way to unclog them? Should I just superheat the oil and try and get it though like that? Any suggestions would be welcome.

You should always heat the oil before filtering. Once it's clooged, you minus well get a new one. You can clean them, but it's too damn compllicated.
