Are you just converting straight Syno without removing the estradiol benzoate? Up to you of course but that's enough estrogen to probably cause a problem.

For 10g powder, you need 1mL BA and 20mL BB and approximately 79mL oil to make 100mL of 100mg/mL solution that is 1% BA and 20% BB.
