  • Benzyl Benzoate

Is benzyl benzoate (BB) typical used for external uses only? The source where I purchase BB says on the bottle not to use on open wounds. If this is so, then why can we injected ourselves with it. Furthermore, It says BB is used for killing lice. Anyone know the answer please feel free to answer.

It can be used for external use. In the AAS world it is mainly used to buffer BA. It is safe to inject no problem. IMO safer than BA.

BB is used primarily to hold the hormones in depot longer; it has little to do with the ba, just happens to be a good replacement for it. BB kills lice by means of asphyxiation, not because of any toxicity of the solvent. BTW when it says external use only, they mean you don't want to drink it and you don't.

I agree with skye about holding the chemical in depot longer, but it is also utilized to buffer (or reduce) the amount of BA concentration in some mixes (especially bad ones).
