  • Estrogen solubolizer

Someone mind pointing me to a post that explains exactly what how a solubolizer works? I understand the concept behind it (get rid of the E from Syno) but the only conversion I have ever seen was using a crystalization method, and to the best of my knowledge, no solubolizer.

    Thanks for the info.

Simple. The first method is to use sodium hydroxide. this does two things, first it strips all the esters off leaving the base hormones. Then it renders the salt of the etrogen due to acidic group on th eestrogen molucule. This is similar to getting any other drug water soluble by making into a salt (how many drugs in HCL? Sence there is no acid group on the test it remains largely water insoluble while the estrogen reamins in solution even with the intoduction of water witch cause the test to fall out.

rendering test prop works much the same except you need to use a large, clumsy, but strong base (techical term is sterically hindered ) that is unable to cleave the esters but can still salt the estrogen out. these are not readily abalbale so don't bother.

There are two ways to extract the t out of syno. First uses sodium hydroxide and results in test no ester (usually used in transdermals). Second uses methyl alcohol and an estradiol solubolizer leaving test prop powder. More info at www.basskilleronline.com. www.synokit.com. Also google it. There are also many places to buy straight solubolizer.
